Tim has been the senior consultant of Aptness since 2015 supporting FM Organisations and small to large companies to build better businesses within the facilities and trade industry across Australia.

Tim become a thought leader within the Facilities Management industry and challenged industry standards, safety systems, leading innovations, improved processes, tested and stamped best practices and drove maintenance strategies for the success of his clients and the industry.

Tim brings more than 20 Years of extensive experience from the facilities management sector as his career commenced in this field. Tim has one of Australia’s largest portfolio exposures in the Facilities Management industry.  He has overseen facilities management portfolios such as NSW Police, City of Sydney, and AMP Capital.
